Update configuration in Aggregate OPC UA Server in runtime without restart

Current Behavior

At the moment when I need to add a new OPC UA server/remove a connected OPC UA server connected with the Aggregate OPC UA server, I am restarting the Aggregate server loading it with the updated configuration.

Expected Behavior

Feasibility to update the configuration in runtime to

1. Remove a connected OPC UA server
2. Add a new OPC UA server connection
3. Update certificate
   Without restarting the OPC UA aggregate server application.

Any quick pointers to guide in the implementation will be highly helpful.
