The MasterNodeManager has a method to register a Namespace manager:

UA-.NETStandard/Libraries/Opc.Ua.Server/NodeManager/MasterNodeManager.cs

public void RegisterNamespaceManager(string namespaceUri, INodeManager nodeManager)

Also the NodeManagers Property exposes a IList, so it could be added to:

public IList NodeManagers

I have tried using these, but nothing seems to happen when refreshing the nodes from the server:
MasterNodeManager.NodeManagers.Add(...)
MasterNodeManager.RegisterNamespaceManager(...)
