Nodesets imported with Title and Namespace Mismatch

This has happened multiple times (Feb 21, Mar 31, Apr 2) so submitting as a bug.

Issue: Profile Nodeset Title does not match Namespace. For example, the CNC Base Profile has the http://opcfoundation.org/UA/Machinery/ namespace assigned and contains the Machinery Type Definitions in the Profile Designer.

To reproduce:

1. In SM Marketplace, click on View in SM Profile Designer. OR in Profile Designer, Import from Cloud Library.

2. Profile imports if it doesn't exist.
3. In Profile Designer, view Profile Library. There is a mismatch. CNC Base Profile with Machinery namespace and Machine Tools Profile with IA namespace.

Update on Apr 15:

1. In PD Profile Library, deleted both IA and MachineTool namespace.
2. Import from Cloud Library, the Machine Tool Profile.
3. Result is 2 Profiles both named Machine Tool. IA namespace if version 1.01.2 and MachineTool namespace is version 1.02.0. Maybe an issue with IA importing and being renamed Machine Tool Profile?

Now I can't delete the existing Nodesets due to a "dependency" on /MachineTool.

This problem occurs when a nodeset is imported and one or more required nodesets (profiles) gets automatically installed into the user's profile library. We need to check the automatically imported profiles and use the Cloud Library title.
