Update Water Balance table

1. Change name to “Water Imbalance.” . don’t be redundant in the other cell titles
2. Add discharge and losses (percents column ) to balance as well
3. Check sigfigs

Kristina and I talked about holding on point 2. In meeting I think we talked about adding A) the system water balance as percent of plant incoming water and b) the system water balance as percent of plant discharge water.
