Description
What is the bug?
In QGIS, reading a MapInfo MIF file with linear features breaks after a feature that has 1 coordinate only.
I suspect the error is in
https://github.com/OSGeo/gdal/blob/master/ogr/ogrsf_frmts/mitab/mitab_feature_mif.cpp
where multiple "< 2" conditions result in CPLErrors.
I would expect that the whole file is read. Invalid features should be skipped with a warning.
Steps to reproduce the issue
I have received a short section of a MIF file from my customer.

Pline 1 has one coordinate only and this is where reading the file stops.
In QGIS, the attribute table says that 900 of 2000 objects are filtered. After 900 features the bad linestring occurs.
