Start page lacks clickable logo to grass.osgeo.org site

Here some tutorial site feedback: at time https://grass-tutorials.osgeo.org/ does not contain

• a one-liner what GRASS GIS actually is (for random site visitors)
• The GRASS GIS logo which points to https://grass.osgeo.org/

I noticed that the second issue (the GRASS GIS logo linking to https://grass.osgeo.org/) was already fixed by someone else.

I have now fixed the first issue by adding a one-liner about what GRASS GIS is on the homepage, ensuring that new visitors immediately understand its purpose.

Could you please review and merge the PR when convenient? Let me know if any further modifications are needed.
