greetings.yml not working

Describe the bug
After submitting the issue I'm not aware of the GH actions but it doesn't work. So it is a good thing to report it instead.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a new issue.
2. Check check the actions for errors.

Expected behavior
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.
It supposes to be working not failing.
