Describe the bug
I'm encountering a recurring 404 error in all three of my projects after generating a tab from the Teams toolkit and deploying it. I'm not sure if the issue is related to the bot or the tab, but it keeps occurring every few minutes.
To Reproduce
- Go to any of the deployed projects.
- Access the Teams app tab or bot functionality.
- Observe the recurring 404 error in the logs.
Expected behavior
I expected to access the tab or bot functionalities without encountering a 404 error.
