Considering Microsoft Exchange Subscription Edition is planned for this year, is there more information available regarding:

1. Supported API requirement sets?
2. Authentication changes? (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/office/dev/add-ins/outlook/authentication?view=common-js-preview)

Or is it confirmed that features will stay same to Exchange 2019?

Thank you for your patience, @usselite. I've confirmed that requirement set and authentication support for Exchange Server SE is the same as those supported for Exchange Server 2019. I'll update our documentation to mention Exchange Sever SE now that it's available.
