Outlook addin not working in Outlook for Android

This is a follow-up to a question that was partially answered in issue #5278

I have been informed that apps using unified manifest cannot be sideloaded into mobile Outlook and they need to be installed through AppSource or MS 365 Admin in order to work on mobile.

We have tried this approach and this doesn't seem to work. We have published a testing app to our organisation (same manifest as in the issue mentioned above) and the app doesn't show up in the mobile app. Is the manifest itself wrong are are we not understanding the process correctly?

Hi @ZeeCapp,

You can even sideload the add-in from OWA and if the manifest has "formFactors": [
"mobile",
], it should be visible on Outlook Android.

@ZeeCapp Can you help with following questions :

1. Does this app show up in any other platform like : Outlook App on Mac/iOS?
2. Could you please share the logs collected from the Outlook Web App (where the issue does not occur) and the Outlook App on Android/Mac/iOS (where the issue does occur)? You can find the steps for collecting logs here. Once collected, please create a private Git repository for the logs and share it with @exextoc .

@DivyaPatidar Hello, i have not tried it on Mac yet, but it does not show up on iOS. I will try to provide the logs you requested early next week.
