Config.cfg File not found

I am facing an issue:

OSError: [E053] Could not read config file from
C:\Users\sarma\AppData\Local\Packages\PythonSoftwareFoundation.Python.3.11_qbz5n2kfra8p0\LocalCache\local-packages\Python311\site-packages\pyresparser\config.cfg

There are some suggested solutions that involve switching to spaCy 2.3.5, but its current and recent version is 3.7.6. I tried to switch to spaCy 2.3.5, but it requires an older version of Python, specifically 3.6 or 3.8. However, I am currently using Python 3.11, and there are many dependencies that won’t work if I switch to Python 3.8. Therefore, there should be a solution to make it compatible with Python 3.11.
