For PyPI endpoint, need to keep 'allow all pipelines to use' checked

I unchecked the option 'allow all pipelines to use' but then couldn't easily allow the pipeline I added to use the PyPI endpoint, so it's simple to just keep this checked. Should mention this in the docs.
