XTM Hub & scenarios library - Add doc related to the first two XTM Hub buttons

We should specify what the 2 new CTAS are doing:

1.the 'import from Hub' CTA: It takes you to XTM Hub and will give you access to the OBAS scenarios library
2.the general CTA 'XTM hub' on the 9 dots, just gives you access to the Hub.
