Customize copyright notice in the footer

Despite the setting in hugo.toml:

The footer still displays:

© 2023 [SMBC MarketWatch](https://openbagtwo.github.io/MarketWatch/)

This comes from Blonde and should be something that I can override, but I am so far having zero luck.
