This is not how you add OBK as your default input method. Please share detailed information about the environment you are trying to use in. However, which method are you following?

I am new to KDE Env! I don't know how to set up Input method! I just did google and tried but failed! Not working although!

You should try to follow the README file for this repository then the Wiki to setup for your desktop environment i.e. KDE Plasma.
