1.1.3 Installer hashes missing. Need better way of authenticating installers. #38

This page has hashes for 1.1.2.
There really ought to be a file for each release containing the hashes that is PGP signed much like how Bitcoin does it:
https://bitcoin.org/bin/bitcoin-core-0.12.1/SHA256SUMS.asc
