Update the Admin tool docs

The [Admin](https://docs.openc3.com/docs/tools/admin) page needs new screen shots and additional tabs for the Enterprise settings. This update should probably wait until https://github.com/OpenC3/cosmos/pull/2162 is merged since this will affect plugin installation and screenshots.
