Packet name in CmdSender and Packet Viewer gets cut off

Minor qol enhancement

Due to how we namespace our commands and telemetry, most of our packet names are 30-60 characters long.

In the CmdSender and Packet Viewer packet dropdown, these are almost always cut off.

We currently look to the URL, which can sometimes be less readable due to URL encoding.
