Add env command

This is an idea, which might make it easier for newcomers to use yakut.

Introduce a command called env, which prints out all relevant environment variables that are set.

If CYPHAL_PATH has not been set, it should be marked in red.

It should also be possible to execute yakut env --clear to unset all environment variables.
