Crops made in Orthophoto viewer not respected in openaerialmap upload

A recent feature implemented in Pull 1636 implemented cropping the orthophoto in the viewer.

When an orthophoto is cropped in this manner and then uploaded to OpenAerialMap via the openaerialmap plugin, the crop is not respected, and the full orthophoto is uploaded.

Ideally the orthophoto shown in the viewer, including crops, should be what is uploaded.
This is similar to how both the contours and object detection plugins have been updated to respect the crop.
