JONSWAP Wave Spectrum Modification

Hello everyone，
I would like to know if it is possible to correct the JONSWAP wave spectrum in openfast's hydrodyn. Would this require modifying the software source code? I am not sure if this is feasible. I would be very grateful if anyone knows of a solution.

Can you clarify what you mean by "correct"? Presumably the parameterization of the JONSWAP wave spectrum in terms of WaveHs, WaveTp, and WavePkShp is not sufficient for you and you want to specify an entirely different wave spectrum; is that correct?

A user-specified wave spectrum is available via WaveMod = 4, which requires you to implement your own spectrum in SUBROUTINE UserWaveSpctrm() of the Waves.f90 source file and recompile OpenFAST.

FYI: As of OpenFAST v4.0 and newer, the wave spectrum is defined in the SeaState module of OpenFAST rather than the HydroDyn module.

Yes, even if I want to modify the jonswap spectrum, I think I should use the user-defined wave spectrum in the wavemod=4 case.

Note:please do not close the question, as I may have compilation issues that I would like to ask you about later.
