This OpenFAST r-test uses white-noise waves via WaveMod = 3: https://github.com/OpenFAST/r-test/tree/main/glue-codes/openfast/5MW_OC4Semi_WSt_WavesWN.

FYI: Settings for incident waves (including WaveMod) were moved from HydroDyn to thew new SeaState module as of OpenFAST v4.0 (SeaState is to HydroDyn as InflowWind is to AeroDyn).
