Request for Task Planning Data Split

Thanks for this great work on scaling the CUA data! According to Table 15, the task planning data contains 19k samples, excluding action and instruction enhancement. However, it's difficult to download the corresponding task planning split from the HuggingFace repository. Could you kindly upload this specific planning split for fine-tuning? Thanks!
