Add background removal for rasters #72
Description
This is a killer feature of the AllMaps plugins that is very nice for scanned maps. Can we offer it on non-allmaps content (e.g. COGs?)
One potential pathway to doing it for a COG is the custom color function in the maplibre COG plugin.
