I only re-discovered HScope yesterday and was disappointed to read about the apparent problems with Android 10+ and the 6022.
https://www.martinloren.com/hantek-6022/
I've already passed this into onto Martin as there's likely many 6022be/bl users that would appreciate being able to use HScope on more recent Android device if my success can be replicated.
I've had success with two separate devices, one Android 10, the other Android 15, so I'll say it wasn't a one-off fluke.
I was also preparing to get a tablet anyway, potentially in preparation a Hantek 6254be to use the HScope app.
Anyway I'll share the recipe as the 6022be/bl just may work with HScope on versions of Android 10+, I'm sure that Martin would appreciate more testers to verify my success at any rate.
I cannot state explicitly that anything in my setup contributed to my success, it's just that I landed on it, at the more or less first attempt.
First part of the puzzle is I purchased a USB hub with PD (power distribution) capability - the plan is for a truly portable setup which doesn't rely upon the device; phone/tablet battery at all and in fact charges the device - nothing special - a USB powerbank.
I purchased this hub below - verified that it powers all of the USB -A ports on the bus and the device it's connected to via the USB-C cable.
The USB-C PD port on the hub doesn't carry data, but the hub is successfully powered by the connected device.

Now on the Oppo R17 - Android 10 - that I've got, there's a buried setting to turn on OTG - additonal settings, which isn't part of the normal set of USB related settings - this part has me pondering if it was overlooked by others - see screenshots
Phone hardware and software versions
OTG setting to turn it on nothing special about this phone OS, it isn't rooted, believe me I tried, developer options and USB debugging enabled, not sure if that's relevant., to pinch the Apple motto, it just worked.
With the USB hub powered; plugged both scope USB-A cables into the hub - OTG on turned via the phone and connected the USB-C cable of the hub to the phone.
Surprisingly I was greeted with one or two authorisation prompts, which I checked, then I fired up HScope and IIRC was greeted with another authorisation prompt, which I also promptly checked.
The scope is detected correctly and works - see screenshots:
First screen, nothing connected via the probes.

Second screen in the settings
Third screen with a probe connected to a square wave signal - reading it correctly
Now onto my second, again unexpected success - same setup as before Kenji USB hub powered, both USB_A cables from the scope plugged in, then connect to the new Lenovo Idea Tab 11" - see screenshot just realised that screenshot doesn't have the Android version - it is definitely version 15.
Now almost nothing has been installed on this tablet, which means that developer options and USB debugging are not turned on, just in case it was a variable on the Oppo R17.
Some authorisation prompt(s) - promptly checked and opened HScope to be greeted with another authorisation prompt.
6022bl, attached successfully, recognised and functioning without any issue whatsoever - see screenshots, connected, recognised properly and displaying a square wave waveform.
The setting screen with the scope details
Anyway - hope this helps as it expands the utility of scope with the possibility of not having to be tethered to a computer, attached to a more recent device; phone/tablet running Android 10 or higher.
Save for a USB hub, which many might likely have anyway, there's no expense to give this a whirl otherwise given that HScope in basic mode is a free download via the google play store.
