Resolve importing BIDS data into MIQA #340
Comments
Update: an example was developed where two cohorts were created from the PREDICT BIDS dataset. A CSV was generated that maps each cohort into a MIQA experiment in preparation for demonstrating for our UIowa collaborator. The auto-evaluation didn't run on this new project, but this could be a local problem with git-lfs on the development server. |
@curtislisle Is your new instance doing this? Or is there something else involved in this issue that needs to be addressed? |
We aren’t completely addressing BIDS import yet. I think this would best be solved by creating a Python script we add in an examples directory. We could discuss next week at your convenience.

@curtislisle and I discussed this and decided that we can return to this once the python client is complete (and #528 is resolved). We can include an example script or Jupyter notebook which uses the python module to read a BIDS directory structure and upload it to MIQA. |
Develop scripts to map data in BIDS datasets into MIQA. Evaluating mapping subject and other content into MIQA metadata.
