What is a plastic cup tops?
It that a 'cup top', made out of plastic,
or is it a top that belongs to a 'plastic cup'
Better rename it to something like " + ",
For instance 'cup top, plastic', or 'cup top (plastic)'

It is a lid for a cup, made out of plastic.

Eg something you get in a fast food business that serves a fizzy drink. The "plastic cup top" is the thing you put a straw into.

Plastic Drink Lid is probably a better name?

In that case the drink lid is probably better indeed.
(not sure though what is better, to start with the object, and put the material in the end ('drink lid, plastic'), or to start with the material ('plastic drink lid').
Both could be a good solution, for instance if you have all the plastic items standing close together, then you go to the 'p' for plastic and search for your item in that part of the column.
