Add more information to the timeseries plots

Proposed feature.

• Timeseries plots should include an indication of the bounds of states, controls, and parameters.
• Timeseries plots should include an indication of fixed initial or final points in states, controls, and parameters.
• Timeseries plots should use a different visualization to show bounds of any boundary and path constraints in the timeseries plots.
