Orangestorm Giga Firmware flashing walk through

Having issues applying the firmware to the existing hardware. Perhaps due to the format? or the method? I've tried both micro sim card on the board and the external usb.
Was hoping to get a walk through to apply it?

I've encountered similar issues when trying to upgrade (unsuccessfully).

1. Are you sure that the files in Firmware are actually generated and not already on the image when you loaded it?
2. Is your CAN bus running? Mine isn't.
3. Please note that the file should be called ZPN_GIGA.bin and nothing else
