Symbol editor status bar obscured in small windows

When the symbol editor is less than 1200 pixels wide, the dimensions shown in the bottom right hand corner are partially obscured. The live tips shown in the status bar are also obscured, but this is partially compensated for as hovering over this causes a tool tip to appear.

Only a problem for precise work and easily fixed by resizing the window. Maybe the status bar could be stacked or something?

This cannot be changed easily as we are using map editor and Qt code for the symbol editor.
