Raise down volume of cash tick sounds

Please decrease the volume of cash tick sounds, especially the positive cash tick sounds. They're extremely sharp and hurt my ears.

I would prefer a dedicated “Cash Tick Volume” slider, so anyone can adapt. I suggest a value of 60%.
