Python Environment Check is too Narrow

Interlocutor installs within a conda environment without too much trouble, but when attempting to run interlocutor.py, it doesn't recognize the conda environment as a virtual environment. I think it might be checking only for a pyenv setup. Let's get this test either working better, or maybe removed entirely and an advisory notice printed out.
