Would be nice to be able to scroll the project files view while the split files dialog is open

Describe the new feature:
When splitting files, the Project Files view in the main window cannot be interacted with. As this view fills up with the split files, I can no longer see the new files as I click Create to make new ones. I name the split files sequentially, like original - ## - description, so that they are listed chronologically. So once I can no longer see the end of the list I sometimes lose track of what number I'm on. I have to close the Split Files dialog, scroll the Project Files view to the top and make sure the base video file is selected, scroll down to the bottom of the list, make note of the next sequence number, and then re-open the Split Files dialog using Alt + S.

Describe the solution you'd like:
Allow the main app window views to still be scrollable while the Split Files view is open.

This will be a good enhancement. I will add it to the queue for the lead developer to review and approve or reject.

Meanwhile, this is what I would do.

1. Maximize the OpenShot main window.
2. Resize the Project Files Window to be as large as possible.
3. Right click in an empty location in the Project Files window and select Thumbnail View (CTRL+PgDown)
4. Start the File Split process, move the screen away from the "Project Files" window and start creating your split files.

Hope this workaround is acceptable, for now.
