Improve update_sys_state!() for RamAirKite

• remove the SysState constructor in RamAirKite; the generic constructor should be sufficient
• update update_sys_state!() such that it updates the new fields side_slip, aero_force_b, aero_moment_b, twist_angles and turn_rates
