The next_step!() functions must have the same return value(s) for all kite models

I checked, and when I call next_step! in my examples I am never using the return value. @1-Bart-1 What should this function return, from your point of view?

I think it should return either nothing or the next integrator state integrator.u

I would prefer nothing. Would that be OK with you?
I think integrator.u is a vector, and the order of the variables is not well defined/documented. But there should be a well documented way to determine the t_end and the number of iterations. I use kps4.iter to get the number of iterations. Would that work for RamAirKite? Of course we could also add functions iter(AKM) and t_end(AKM).

I agree, nothing is best. I will add t_step, t_vsm and t as fields to the struct, so I don't have to return these.
