Serialize the getter and setter functions

This should reduce the load time by around 14 seconds. We should consider serializing the entire SAM struct.

Checks for being able to deserialize:

• Same system structure, but can be different scalar values (if the "ram" or "simple_ram" from inside the module is used, we only need to check if the settings have changed)
• Same settings, but can be different scalar values

Assumptions for being able to deserialize:

• If an input file still has the same name, it hasn't changed internally (we could make a hash from the file contents, but that is for a future issue)

So we need a function structure_hash(system_structure) that creates a unique hash based on the actual structure, not the scalar values. And something similar for settings. And then we assume that the .obj file doesn't change as long as the name doesn't change. We have to warn in the docs that people should run init_sim!(sam; remake=true) if they change the contents of one of the data directory files.
