Search page refactor

This is part of #27 but there is enough detail that I wanted to make it a separate issue.

We would like the search page to function as follows:

1. Search against all relevant org + proposal fields
2. Show results in terms of organizations. The results should include:

• Org Name (with a link to the org page)
• Org TIN
• Org Address
• Org Type
• A list of ALL proposals (even those that don't match the search. Proposal list includes name + budget, and links to the proposal page.

Each result should also indicate the field that resulted in a match -- e.g. if the title has the search term, the matching fields list would say "title" (plus any other matching fields).
