As detailed in #89 (comment), I feel that this suggestion is a duplicate of #89:

In particular, the example of Twitch is the same in both cases. From what I understand, #89 is more about the type of content that can be monetized, while #90 is more about the contractual relationship between the creator of content to monetize and the service provider. I am not sure there is much value in separating the two. In particular, I am afraid that it will be very hard for contributors to distinguish the two. I would be in favor of joining both into a single type and accept that for most services, this will be multi-document terms.

The example of X’s Creator Monetization Standards would also fall into both #89 and #90.

Agree with @MattiSG on this. Some platforms distinguish between actor level and content level policies but it isn't always the case and it isn't applied consistently. I would favor combining both under 'Monetization Policies'.
