When using /usr/local/sbin/easyrsa, easyrsa-tools.lib can also be found because locate_support_files() searches ${0%/*}, the directory where easyrsa lives.

When using ./easyrsa, /usr/local/sbin/easyrsa-tools.lib cannot be found.

This is old behavior, which may need to change.
