Help diagnosing 8x Rx A/V streams issue

We are trying to scale up to a large number of streams.
In this test we are doing 8x Audio (st30) and 8x Video (st20) streams. (1080i29.97)
We can consistently run 15 streams and the 16th will produce no data. (Sometimes audio, sometimes video depending on startup order).

The 16th stream does not error out, it just produces nothing. In the audio case, if one of the other streams is subsequently stopped, the 16th will start producing its data.

The attached log file is from one of these instances (missing audio). Could you please review the log and see if you can determine what is limiting the ability to receive the 16th stream?

(note - in this run, we've assigned 4 lcores. The same behavior is witnessed when we assign 6 lcores).
