Actor head can clip through objects in third person #1430

Describe the bug
If the actor is in certain positions or animation state (e.g. crouch, slow crouch)- the actor's head can clip through geometry

To Reproduce

Expected behavior
The actor's head should have some sort of collision, and be pushed back.

Another possible solution would be to push the entire actor's position back if they are colliding with a mesh.

Fixing this will improve the camera clipping introduced with First Person body feature #1396
