Clear Sky - stalker support squad gets stuck in tunnel

Describe the bug
Stalker squad gets stuck in the Cordon-Garbage tunnel. The stalkers stuck in the tunnel are the hostages that are liberated from concentration camp at vehicle graveyard.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go from Cordon to Garbage
2. Kill bandits at vehicle graveyard
3. Watch the stalker hostages as they move in the tunnel and get stuck

Expected behavior
The hostages should go to Cordon and the tunnel should be free for additional support squads to move in
