Clear Sky - PDA messages clock not synchronized with game clock #1894

Describe the bug
When you recieve message on PDA the time is not exact. It is almost always just 00:00.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Move around in the game until you recieve any message in your lower left corner
- Open inventory to see game time and compare to message time
- See error
Expected behavior
Game time and new message time should be the same upon receival

Additional context
When you check the messages history inside PDA there are correct times binded to every message.
