Rethink 'Touch Screen' group?

There are actually 4 tests in 'Touch Screen' Group.

When the group is disabled, only 2 become disabled too:

testID-048: Can click (or touch) errors be cancelled?
Seems legit. A website can be used without a touch screen so it's normal to keep this test.
But if the user want to deactivate this group, isn't it a bit strange to deactivate only one part of it?

testID-080: Do features using drag and drop action have an alternative?
Not sure since it 's a new test from WCAG 2.2.
Is it normal or is it a mistake?
