Legend invisible in case of dark mode with ODS Charts embedded css #768

Describe the issue
In the use case page https://charts.unified-design-system.orange.com/0.3/use_cases/theme/
If you set the global page thee to light but set the last graph theme to dark, the legend switch to dark but other a backround of light
Reduced test cases
Go in the use case page https://charts.unified-design-system.orange.com/0.3/use_cases/theme/
You can see the dark rule is overide by another rule triggered by the page global light rule
