Describe the issue

When the textfield is filled, Talkback reads the content before the role/name of the component, which is not correct

for following example, we hear "612347" then "edit box, numéro de téléphone, +33, €"

Expected Behavior

we should hear "role, name, prefix, content, suffix", for example "edit box, numéro de téléphone, +33, 612347, €
