Component update - update support of RTL

Description

As a user of the code library implementing a service in a Right to Left (RtL) language
When an icon is available within a component
I want to be able to add an icon to the component
so that the icon can be flipped vertically and continu to make sens in the RtLusage context

Motivation & Context

This task should be applied to each component that proposes an icon that the user can set.

The sdk should allow the user to setup the icon flip or not depending on when it is used in the RtL context or not.

In each of these components, when the heart icon is used, in order to visualize the icon flip, the icon should be asymmetrical. This new icon should be used: "tips-and-tricks"

In the following zip, the icon has been provided in orange/shosh/wireframe:
