[A11Y][Text input] Allow to access and activate trailing icon button when Talkback is enabled

Prerequisite:

• Enable Talkback

Description:
When a trailing action button is in a text input, it is not clickable using Talkback.
Testable in text input customization bottom sheet, try to clear a filled text input with the cross icon.
