[Design System Toolbox] Vocalization of english words must be pronounced in english, not frenglish

Description

Even if the device under test and the design system toolbox app are in french, some contents are in english like for example the tokens names or the configurations elements of components or components themselves.

In french they are not well renderized, english words are pronounced in frenglish like Robert in the PMU.

For example:

• reversed is vocalized "reuvèrsède"
• divider is vocalized "dividé"
• flip icon is vocalized "flipe icon"
• colored background is vocalized "colorède backgroaunde"

Make some settings on text fields can be used to have the suitable prosody and accents;

• Documentations have been updated (if needed)
• Unit tests have been updated and still pass
• UI tests have been updated and still pass
• Retrocompatibility has been checked, or broken API have been flagged as deprecated with a workaround
