If possible, I'd like a module with the following features:
-single and double opt-in privacy checkbox for GDPR compliance
-record single and double opt-in privacy checkbox for GDPR compliance on database
-HTML composer to build responsive newsletters
-newsletter delivery with SMTP server (configured by OrchardCore.Email module)
-subscribers import from file
-subscribers export to file
-message targeting by list
